We know the wait is the hardest part—so we do our best to make shipping as smooth (and stylish) as your new outfit.

Right now, we ship exclusively within Canada—because we want to make sure every delivery is fast, safe, and full of love. Once your order is placed, our team starts prepping your pieces within 1–3 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your items hit the road. You can follow your package like it’s your favourite idol on tour.

⏳ Heads up! Some of our most popular items are shipped in from Korea and may be back-ordered if demand is high. In those cases, your shipping time might be a little longer—we’ll always keep you updated so you’re never left in the dark.

MO:DU studio drops are intentionally small. We keep our collections curated and quantities limited—so if you see something you love, don’t wait too long! Once it’s gone, it might not come back.

We currently use standard shipping through trusted carriers. Most in-stock orders arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

Every package is packed with care—whether it’s a full outfit or just a cute scrunchie—because we know your next look is going to turn heads.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

What is your return & exchange policy?

We provide free returns and exchanges for any new, unused merchandise for no extra charge up to 14 days upon receiving shipment. Please note, all items must have the original tags still attached. All FINAL SALE items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (FINAL SALE items will be labelled as “FINAL SALE”). Once your item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed. Approved refunds will be refunded to your original payment method. To exchange your item, please process a refund and re-purchase the item. Please note, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the return shipment fee. Refund for a store credit will be credited to you as soon as the item is checked for return eligibility. 

Disclaimer

MO:DU reserves the right to refuse any refunds that are deemed as an unusual pattern/activity. Frequent returns or unusual patterns/activities will be flagged and we may cancel or refuse your order(s) or returns. 

How long will my return or exchange take to process?

Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed. A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you once the refund has been processed. Once we have received your return shipment and inspected the item, we will proceed with your refund. 

My item is damaged or defective. What can I do?

If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will be happy to process a return or exchange for the item. However, if the damage is due to wear-and-tear or not a manufacturing defect, we cannot process a refund. Please be advised that removing the original tag and/or washing the item will violate the return policy.

Pre-Order Info

Our most popular items sell out quickly, so we’re offering pre-orders to help you secure your favourite pieces before they’re gone. Pre-ordering guarantees priority fulfilment as soon as new stock reaches our Canadian location.

Why Pre-Orders Take Time

All pieces are designed and made in Korea before reaching you. The process:

1. We receive your pre-order in Canada.
2. We send the order to our store in Korea.
3. Our team places orders with manufacturers and designers.
4. Items are produced, inspected, and returned to our Korean store.
5. Shipments are sent to Canada after final quality inspection and fulfilled to you.

Because of this multi-step journey, pre-orders typically take 3–4 weeks to fulfill.

• Fastest timeline: ~1 week (if items are already in production)
• Longest timeline: Up to 2 months (depending on production and shipping)

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

• 10% Deposit Required:
  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your pre-order. 
    
  • If you cancel your order, the deposit is non-refundable unless the cancellation comes from our end (e.g., item becomes unavailable).
• Remaining Payment:
  • After 7 days, we will send you an email notification.
  • The remaining balance (after the deposit) must be paid for fulfillment to be completed and the order shipped to you.
• First dibs on new stock: Pre-orders are fulfilled before regular orders once stock arrives in Canada.
• Discounts apply: All discounts and coupons can be used on pre-orders.
• Cancellations: 
  • You may cancel before production begins (deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled by us). 
  • Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.
  • If the item becomes unavailable, we will cancel your order and refund the deposit.
• Email communication: All pre-order updates, status changes, and timelines will be communicated via email.
